AutoValue Pro is operated by Alejandro Enriquez L ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal information processed through the AutoValue Pro service. You can reach us at autovaluep@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: name and email address you provide when signing up.
- Vehicle information you enter: VIN, year/make/model/trim, mileage, condition, ownership and accident history, and location (ZIP or region).
- Report history: the valuations you generate and unlock, and feedback you submit about them.
- Support communications: the content of messages you send us.
- Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, and basic usage/telemetry needed to run and secure the Service.
Payment information (card details, billing address) is collected and processed by our payment provider Paddle, not by us. We receive a limited transaction record (e.g. order reference and status).
3. How we use your information
- Create and maintain your account and provide the Service.
- Generate, deliver, and store your valuation reports.
- Process purchases and record report entitlements.
- Provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Improve the accuracy and quality of the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
- Contract performance — to provide the reports you purchase.
- Legitimate interests — to secure the Service, prevent fraud, and improve our product.
- Legal obligation — to keep tax and accounting records.

- Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting, database, authentication, and analytics providers that help us operate the Service.
- Merchant of Record (Paddle): for payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and refund handling.
- Vehicle data partners: to look up vehicle specifications and market listings based on the VIN or vehicle information you provide.
- Professional advisers: legal, accounting, and compliance advisers, under confidentiality.
- Authorities: where we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention
We keep account and report data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with tax, legal, and dispute-resolution obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data outside your country of residence, including outside the UK/EEA. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and role-based database policies. No system is perfectly secure; you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.
