Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form an agreement between you and Alejandro Enriquez L ("AutoValue Pro", "we", "us"), the operator of the AutoValue Pro service (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a report, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AutoValue Pro provides estimated vehicle valuation reports generated using available market data, comparable vehicle listings, vehicle information, and details you provide. The Service does not provide:

• Vehicle inspections or mechanical assessments
• Certified appraisals
• Guaranteed sale, trade-in, or purchase prices
• Purchase offers
• Financing, legal, tax, or investment advice

Valuations are informational estimates only. Actual vehicle value depends on condition, history, location, market demand, negotiation, inspection results, and other factors that may not be reflected in the report.

When you purchase a report, you are purchasing access to a digital vehicle valuation report generated from available market data, comparable listings, vehicle data, and the information you provide. You acknowledge that:

• The report is an estimate, not a guaranteed price.
• Actual vehicle value can and often does vary from the estimate.
• Market conditions change and may affect the accuracy of the report over time.
• Accuracy depends on the accuracy of the information you supply.
• You are responsible for verifying the vehicle's condition, history, and title.

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information (including VIN, mileage, and condition).
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Do not misuse the Service, including any unlawful use, fraud, spam, IP infringement, or security interference (malware, probing, scraping).
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, data sources, or software.
• Do not resell, redistribute, or use reports to build a competing service.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, models, report format, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view, download, and share individual reports you have paid for, for your own personal or internal business purposes.

Prices are shown before checkout. Report purchases are one-time digital purchases. You authorize payment before receiving the report.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Because reports are digital products delivered on demand, our Refund Policy applies. Please review it before purchasing.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we do not guarantee that any particular vehicle data source will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.

AutoValue Pro is not responsible for decisions you make based on valuation results, including purchase decisions, selling decisions, negotiations, financing decisions, or any differences between an estimated value and an actual sale or purchase price. You use the information at your own discretion and risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that specific report. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Alejandro Enriquez L is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence continue to apply.
