Refund Policy

Auto Value offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all digital valuation reports purchased through AutoValue Pro. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

Refunds are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

The 30-day guarantee applies to standard change-of-mind and dissatisfaction requests. We will also honor refunds for:

• Duplicate or accidental charges for the same report.
• Technical issues on our side that prevented delivery of the purchased report.
• Any additional rights granted to you under applicable consumer protection laws in your country of residence.

Payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact us at autovaluep@gmail.com with your order reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved faster by email.
